In this great National Post article they talk about how exercize , especially high intensity exercize can help with anxiety. They also talk about the research done by a former Naturopathic student of mine, Dr Monique Aucoin, who found that diet counseling and taking fish oil capsules significantly reduced the anxiety of the study participants. Not shocking news, but good to see the direct link between fish oil and reduced anxiety because it is a relatively easy fix!
