According to this research, the only way to easily predict pregnancy and live birth rate from a 5-day Blastocyst is the grading of how many cells are on the outside, trophectoderm. Grading of the 3-day embryo, or the cells inside doesn't work as a predictive factor for pregnancy and live birth rate.
